Chloroprene rubber is a polymer of chloroprene. Chloroprene vulcanisates are highly resistant to ozone, atmospheric aging, chemical agents and flames, they show average resistance to oils. Rubber on the basis of this natural rubber is usually used for seals exposed to atmospheric factors.
